Tickets purchased online are valid only from the day after purchase until the end of the season. Tickets purchased online cannot be accepted for purchase and visit on the same day.

Unused tickets can only be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After this period, we will not be able to refund tickets.

Children above 120cm shoulder height can use the slides outside the pool – or, on the basis of a parental/guardian declaration of responsibility made on the spot.

Tickets can be purchased by accepting the House Rules.

Admission is free for children under the age of 3.

****STRAND tickets only entitle you to use the adventure pool, the children’s pool (and slides), and the jacuzzi, the slides and the lazy river cannot be used with the STRAND type ticket!

No debit card accepted for groups.
