Parking regulations

Validity: 03.06.2023. – 31.08.2023.

The scope of the Parking Regulations extends territorially to the private parking lot in the area of the Aquaréna aquapark operated by Aquaréna Kft. The personal scope of the Parking Regulations covers persons using the designated parking lot for temporary storage of vehicles.

The parking lot is exclusively reserved free of charge for visitors to the Aquaréna aquapark operated by Aquaréna Kft.

Concept definitions:

Parking lot: The totality of the areas covered by the Parking Regulations, where guests store their vehicles after entering the parking lot.

Guest: The range of natural and legal persons who use the service by entering the parking lot, or the persons who use their vehicle (parking contract).

Parking contract: A bilateral agreement that is established between the operator of the parking lot and the guest upon entering the parking lot.

Rules for using the parking lot

Driving into the parking lot can be done by observing the rules communicated by the Security Service staff member on duty at the entrance.

By entering the parking lot, the guest acknowledges that he must obey the rules of the parking lot.

The guest using the parking lot acknowledges that Aquaréna Kft. does not assume responsibility for guarding the parking vehicle, for damages caused to the vehicle during parking, for objects and valuables placed in the vehicle.

After stopping the vehicle, the vehicle must be secured in accordance with the regulations, the handbrake must be applied and the vehicle must be locked, or property protection must be ensured in another way.

The parking lot operates free of charge every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. It is forbidden to spend the night in the parking lot after 8:00 PM or to stay for other purposes!

Driving into the parking lot is not possible if Aquaréna Kft. closes the parking lot due to an extraordinary event, or if the parking lot is full.

Not allowed in the parking lot

obstructing the normal operation of the car park in any way,
stopping a vehicle whose fuel tank is leaking gas or oil,
bringing or storing any type of flammable substance into the parking lot, even as a component of any vehicle, except for the fuel in the vehicle’s fuel tank,
stopping vehicles outside the designated parking spaces, especially in front of exits and entrances,
stopping a vehicle without a license plate or one that does not comply with traffic regulations,
distributing flyers in the parking lot.

If the guest or any other person staying in the parking lot disturbs the operating order of the parking lot, violates the prohibitions, endangers the safety of the parking lot, the operator has the right to expel him from the parking lot.

If the expulsion is unsuccessful, the operator makes a report to the competent authorities and, through this report, arranges for the removal of the person disturbing the order of the parking lot, or the vehicle endangering the safe operation of the parking lot, and transporting it to a public area at the expense of the guest causing the irregularity.

The user of the parking lot is obliged to compensate the damage he caused to another vehicle. Cases of this nature must be reported immediately to the operator of the parking lot.

The operator is not responsible for the behavior of third parties, especially for injuries, vandalism, and theft caused by them, regardless of whether the third party is in the parking lot legally or illegally.
